Ensuring F&I Excellence!™ is a twelve month ongoing program of continuing education for F&I personnel that includes monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly in-dealership training. This training, which begins after the manager has attended the Achieving F&I Excellence!™ Management Certification Program, is designed to reinforce the customer focused sales techniques F&I managers learned in the 10-Step Customer Focused F&I Presentation.

It is critical F&I managers continue to improve their ability to consultatively sell their products and become comfortable using a Financial Services Overview to review the customer's repayment, risk management, and vehicle protection options. Ensuring F&I Excellence!™ instills in F&I managers the expectation of continuous improvement in their performance through daily training exercises.

Utilizing competitive situations they have already encountered, and real-world objections they have received in their menu presentations to customers, Ensuring F&I Excellence!™ on-going training enables F&I managers to continue to hone their selling skills.  Each session includes an evaluation of their presentation, additional training in those areas in need of improvement, with new assignments for the following month.  Each session includes individual manager testing, performance analysis and review, one-on-one training, role-playing, and video taping of actual presentations.
