Reahard & Associates is a customer-driven F&I training company that believes today we cannot merely satisfy customers; we must instead strive to delight customers. Our objective is never to get F&I managers to sell more of "our" product, because we don’t sell any F&I products. Our only objective is to help increase F&I department income and delight customers!

Ronald J. Reahard is President of Reahard & Associates. Ron began his automobile career in 1975, and has created and conducted numerous F&I training programs, seminars, and management workshops for NADA and various state and local dealer associations. He has also authored numerous articles on F&I that have appeared in F&I Management & Technology magazine, Automotive Executive, and The Journal of the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. Ron is a member of the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals, and is the spokesman on the AFIP Certification CD Training Program. Ron is a Christian who believes you succeed in life by helping others become more successful.
Ann’s background working with automobile dealers began in the credit insurance marketing division of an insurance company in Fort Worth, TX. Her duties included teaching the administrative portion of their monthly F&I school. She also worked as a manager in the credit administration division for an insurance company in Galveston, TX. At Reahard & Associates, her responsibilities include human resources and accounting. Ann has been with Reahard & Associates since its inception in 2001.
National Account Development Manager
Rick McCormick has more than 25 years of sales experience, with over 6 years in the retail automobile business. Rick has also served as an Ordained Minister, and attributes his success in both vocations to consistently asking one question… “What’s your story?” Rick believes the key to helping others is the ability to listen effectively. Over the last 14 years Rick has conducted training for Dealer Groups and General Agencies across the country. He has authored articles on F&I that have appeared in F&I Showroom and Agent Entrepreneur magazine and has consistently presented at the annual F&I Industry Summit, Agent Summit and at the Ethical F&I Conference.
Senior Training Consultant
David Baker joined our team with over 25 years of automotive sales experience. David began his initial affiliation with Reahard & Associates in 2007. David’s background includes new and used car sales, management of Finance & Insurance departments, and General Manager. David has the ability to focus on the task at hand while working with F&I Managers. His enthusiasm for training and helping F&I managers reach their goals will bring your Finance & Insurance Department to a whole new level.
Scott Howard II
Scott joined our team with over 6 years of automotive F&I management experience. Scott is also a 6 year U.S. Navy combat veteran. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, studied at Harvard University, and completing his MBA from the College of William and Mary. Scott has a unique ability of connecting with people to focus on continuous growth and helping F&I managers achieve their goals. His commitment to helping others grow is a great benefit for the overall success of any Finance and Insurance Department.

As the CFO/HRO, Janet handles all things financial as well as all Human Resources matters. Janet joined the Reahard & Associates team in 2007. Originally, as Director of Operations, Janet worked with the Senior Trainers and Reahard & Associate’s clients and dealerships through the contracting process. Prior to joining Reahard & Associates, Janet was a Branch Manager for a regional bank. Janet also has 30 years experience in various administrative fields; holding positions of project coordinator, customer service administrator and administrative assistant.
Anna joined Reahard & Associates in March 2020. With a love for learning new things, she has experience in marketing, project marketing, IT support, and web design. In her role as Project & Marketing coordinator, she is responsible for all marketing material, IT support, social media, and coordinating company projects. She does a little bit of everything.

Reahard & Associates partners with Kenn and his team at KMD Enterprises for web design, development, and maintenance services. KMDE is responsible for the Reahard & Associates websites and the company's browser-based applications.
