Our objective is never to get F&I managers to sell more of “our” product, because we don’t sell any F&I products. Our only objective is to help increase F&I department income and delight customers!

Meet Our Team!
Ron Reahard
President
Ronald J. Reahard is President of Reahard & Associates. Ron began his automobile career in 1975, and has created and conducted numerous F&I training programs, online courses, seminars, and management workshops for NADA, multiple OEM’s, and various state and local dealer associations. He has conducted F&I classes and workshops all over the U.S. and Canada, training literally thousands of F&I Managers. In 2001, Ron founded Reahard & Associates, which has partnered with product providers, agencies, manufacturers, major dealer groups and independent agents for over 23 years. He has also authored numerous articles on F&I that have appeared in Agent Entrepreneur, Auto Dealer Today, and F&I and Showroom magazine. Ron is a member of the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals and is AFIP and ACE Certified. Ron has worked tirelessly to change lives by improving F&I managers’ ability to help customers, one customer at a time. It is Ron’s firm belief you succeed in life by helping others become more successful.
Janet Crabtree
COO
As the COO, Janet handles all things financial as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Janet joined the Reahard & Associates team in 2007. Originally, as Director of Operations, Janet worked with the Senior Trainers and Reahard & Associate’s clients and dealerships through the contracting process. Prior to joining Reahard & Associates, Janet was a Branch Manager for a regional bank. Janet also has 30 years experience in various administrative fields; holding positions of project coordinator, customer service administrator and administrative assistant.
Rick McCormick
National Account Development Manager
Rick McCormick has more than 25 years of sales experience, with over 6 years in the retail automobile business. Rick has also served as an Ordained Minister, and attributes his success in both vocations to consistently asking one question… “What’s your story?” Rick believes the key to helping others is the ability to listen effectively. Over the last 14 years Rick has conducted training for Dealer Groups and General Agencies across the country. He has authored articles on F&I that have appeared in F&I Showroom and Agent Entrepreneur magazine and has consistently presented at the annual F&I Industry Summit, Agent Summit and at the Ethical F&I Conference.
Ann Reahard
Accounting Administrator (retired)
Ann’s background working with automobile dealers began in the credit insurance marketing division of an insurance company in Fort Worth, TX. Her duties included teaching the administrative portion of their monthly F&I school. She also worked as a manager in the credit administration division for an insurance company in Galveston, TX. At Reahard & Associates, her responsibilities include human resources and accounting. Ann has been with Reahard & Associates since its inception in 2001.
David Baker
Senior Training Consultant
David Baker joined our team with over 25 years of automotive sales experience. David began his initial affiliation with Reahard & Associates in 2007. David’s background includes new and used car sales, management of Finance & Insurance departments, and General Manager. David has the ability to focus on the task at hand while working with F&I Managers. His enthusiasm for training and helping F&I managers reach their goals will bring your Finance & Insurance Department to a whole new level.
Justin Gasman
Senior Training Consultant
Justin Gasman has been immersed in the automotive industry since childhood, officially starting his career in 2003. In 2014, he became the sole full-time F&I professional at McCaddon Cadillac Buick GMC, winning F&I and Showroom’s F&Idol contest and helping the dealership earn F&I Pacesetter status. With over 20 years of experience, Justin is AFIP Master-certified, ACE-certified, and dedicated to legal and ethical standards. He joined Reahard & Associates in 2023 to share his expertise. Outside of work, Justin enjoys skiing and paddle boarding in Breckenridge, Colorado, where he lives with his son, Leo.
Nancy Sutherland
Director of Operations
Nancy joined our team with 24 years of experience with a Human Resource Agency. Caring for the needs of others is not just a phrase of Nancy’s, it’s what she DOES. Nancy earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 2016. We were thrilled when she opted to come to R&A in 2021. If Nancy doesn’t know the answer, she’ll get it! Nancy is ready, willing and able to assist our Trainers with their Client needs and our Clients directly. Her commitment, enthusiasm and attention to detail make her our ‘go to’ team member.
Jessica Watson
Administrative Assistant
Jessica has a background in customer service and is working with our team assisting class events, reports and general administrative tasks. Efficiency and professionalism are two words that define Jessica.
April Gore
Office Assistant
April joined our team in February of 2016. April has a background in Guest Services and initially, April worked to keep our offices pristine. Presently April works with the R&A office staff assisting in class preparation and post-class details as well as offering clerical assistance to our team. We appreciate her willingness to help and attention to detail!
